How long does a website take?

A typical build can take up to one month after all required content is available. Simpler projects can be faster; custom work or delayed approvals can take longer.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment is accepted only through the official Rayatiga.com QRIS account stated on a valid invoice. See the payment page.

Custom work

Can I request a custom project?

Yes. Booking systems, third-party APIs, custom design, or unusual requirements can be scoped separately based on complexity and timing.

How do I reach support?

Use the contact form, WhatsApp chat, or email. For urgent client issues, use the communication channel agreed for the project.

Revisions

Are revisions included?

Projects generally include up to three revision rounds within the original agreed scope. Your proposal or agreement is the final source of truth.

Where can I see past work?

What if I am not satisfied?

Raise the issue promptly. We review it against the agreed scope and work toward a fair correction or resolution under the project terms.

Yes. Maintenance and support can be arranged on a renewable annual basis, with scope and service expectations confirmed for each term.

Pricing

Are prices inclusive of tax?

The invoice or proposal states the applicable tax treatment and total payable amount. Confirm the invoice before payment.
